～に関して
regarding / concerning
～に関して（にかんして）attaches to a noun and marks it as the topic under discussion, like English “regarding” or “concerning”. It is formed as Noun + に関して.
It means almost the same as ～について, but sounds noticeably more formal. It is common in business, news, announcements, and academic writing, where について would sound more conversational.
1. Stating a topic formally
Use ～に関して in formal speech or writing to introduce what a question, explanation, or investigation is about.
この事件に関して質問があります。
“I have a question regarding this incident.”

2. ～に関する + noun

How to form it
Noun + に関して; before a noun, use Noun + に関する + noun
- 事件（じけん）= incident → 事件に関して（じけんにかんして）= regarding the incident
- 安全（あんぜん）= safety → 安全に関して（あんぜんにかんして）= concerning safety
- 旅行（りょこう）= travel → 旅行に関する情報（りょこうにかんするじょうほう）= information about travel
