The product works in the browser and does not require setup beyond installing the extension and signing in.

ManabiDojo is built by Jakub Holovsky. The product started as a video subtitle tool and expanded to cover the rest of the web as OCR capabilities matured. The design philosophy is "tool, not toy" — no gamification, no streaks, no leaderboards. The extension is meant to feel like a capable instrument for serious learners.
